Return Eligibility
We offer returns on most products within 7-10 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and all accessories must be included
- Invoice/receipt must be provided
- Product must not show signs of damage or misuse
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

- Items without original packaging and accessories
How to Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Pack the product securely with all accessories and invoice
- Ship the product to the provided return address
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective
Exchanges
