Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without original packaging and accessories

How to Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for return authorization from our team
  • Pack the product securely with all accessories and invoice
  • Ship the product to the provided return address

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any defects or damages.

Defective Products
